We keep our apartment rentals affordable by keeping our rate structure simple. This simple rate structure not only works, it benefits our residents in multiple ways:
- Only Pay for What You Use: Our Two-Semester Rental term matches the Penn College school year, so you only pay rent while you are here.
- Rent Package includes Utilities: Key Utilities (& other amenities) are packaged into the rent to remove hassle and provide a uniform budget (… and assure the lights will stay on 🙂 )
- Simplified Rate Payment Structure: Our Simplified Rate Payment Structure reduces cost on our end and allows us to pass this cost savings onto you in the form of affordable rental rates. By collecting a single rent payment (or 2 installment) per semester, we reduce the risk of default and minimize processing – the end result is discounted rent.
Best of all … Parents rest easy knowing that you are living in a secure environment that still provides the luxuries of home and they know that upfront payment of rent assures that money INTENDED for rent actually goes to rent – and not to …. well whatever ??? (you know how things “just happen”)

Rental Rates & Lease Options
All Penn Center Apartments are Fully-Furnished; apartments have 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. PRIVATE & SHARED Bedroom options are available. Rent includes Utilities and is paid in advance and is due on or before the posted due dates.
A key in keeping our apartment rentals affordable is by keeping our rate structure simple: We offer a Two-Semester Rental term, package utilities and other amenities into your rent and base on rental rates on Pre-Payment of Rent (a single lump sum or 2 installments per semester). This simple rate structure not only works, it benefits our residents in multiple ways:
